Delete your ArabyCRM account and data

1. Who can delete what

An ArabyCRM account belongs to a workspace. The workspace owner can delete the whole workspace and everything in it. Other team members cannot delete the workspace, but they can ask the owner to remove their access, or ask us to delete their personal data.

2. Workspace owners: delete from the web

You can do this yourself, in a few steps:

• Sign in at arabycrm.com and open Settings, then Data import and export.
• If you want a copy of your data first, use the export on the same page.
• Choose Delete workspace, type the workspace name to confirm, and choose Schedule deletion.
• The workspace is locked straight away. You have 30 days to cancel the deletion and restore access. After that, everything is deleted for good.

3. Team members

Ask your workspace owner to remove you in Settings, Team management. Or write to info@arabycrm.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete your personal data. We reply within 30 days.

4. What is deleted

The workspace and everything in it: clients, contacts, deals, quotes, invoices, projects, tasks, notes, files, team accounts and settings, from the live database, file storage, queues and search indexes. Deletion is completed within 30 days of the deletion date. Encrypted operational backups are overwritten on a rolling 30-day schedule.

5. What we keep

Billing and tax records, which we keep for at least 7 years where tax law requires it, even after the account is closed. The Privacy Policy lists every retention period.

6. The ArabyCRM mobile app

The ArabyCRM Android and iOS apps use the same account as the web, so there is no separate mobile account. Deleting the workspace on the web removes the data the app shows. Uninstalling the app removes what it stored on your phone, such as your sign-in token.
